Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

Shree Ram AI Solutions LLP provides AI consulting, custom software and automation services, and recurring subscription services (such as hosted AI assistants and WhatsApp automation). We do not sell physical goods, so no shipping or delivery of physical products is involved. Services are delivered digitally or on-site as described in your proposal or work order ("Order").

2. Cancellation of project work

• You may cancel a project by written notice (email to ab@shreeramai.in).
• If you cancel before work has started, any advance paid will be refunded in full, less any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
• If you cancel after work has started, you will be charged for work completed up to the date of cancellation (based on milestones or effort as stated in the Order), and any balance of advance paid will be refunded.
• Fees for milestones that have been delivered and accepted are non-refundable.

3. Subscriptions and recurring services

• Monthly or annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. Please give at least 7 days' notice before renewal.
• Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where we are unable to provide the service due to our own fault.
• Third-party usage charges passed through to you (for example, WhatsApp conversation charges levied by Meta, or AI model usage charges) are non-refundable once consumed.

4. Refunds for service failure

If a service is not delivered as agreed in the Order and we are unable to remedy it within a reasonable time after you notify us, you may request a pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion.

5. How to request a refund

1. Email ab@shreeramai.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8123410408 with your name, invoice number and reason for the request.
2. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and share our decision within 7 business days.
3. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may vary.
