1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, contacting us, or using any of our services (including communication with us over WhatsApp), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

2. About us

Shree Ram AI Solutions LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in India with its office at 4, 4/1, Vasanthappa Block, Vyalikaval Palace Guttahalli, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560003, India. We provide AI consulting and solutions, including computer vision, audio analytics, data analytics, generative AI, and business automation such as WhatsApp chat assistants.

3. Our services

• The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any project are set out in a written proposal, quotation, work order or agreement ("Order") agreed between you and us.
• If an Order conflicts with these Terms, the Order prevails for that project.
• Information on this website is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to the data, systems and approvals needed to deliver the services.
• Ensure that you have the legal right and any necessary consents to share data with us, including consent from your own customers for WhatsApp communication where we operate a WhatsApp solution on your behalf.
• Not use our services or WhatsApp channels to send spam, unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content, and comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy.

5. WhatsApp messaging

By providing your phone number to us and/or messaging us on WhatsApp, you agree to receive messages from us related to your enquiry, our services, and (where you have opted in) relevant updates and offers. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Standard data charges from your mobile operator may apply. Some responses may be automated or AI-generated; they are provided for convenience and you may request a human representative.

6. Fees and payment

• Fees are as stated in the applicable Order and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may suspend services for overdue amounts after giving notice.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and software — is owned by or licensed to Shree Ram AI Solutions LLP and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Ownership of project deliverables is as set out in the applicable Order; unless agreed otherwise, we retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purpose of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. AI output disclaimer

AI systems are probabilistic and may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete results. AI outputs should be reviewed before being relied on for critical decisions. Except as expressly agreed in an Order, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shree Ram AI Solutions LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Third-party services

Our services may rely on third-party platforms (such as Meta / WhatsApp, cloud providers and AI model providers). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by third-party providers.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable Order. We may suspend or terminate access to our services immediately if they are used in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or our services.

14. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
